Saving TikTok downloads on iPhone and iPad
On iPhone and iPad, files usually land in the Files app first. Here’s how to find them and move them to Photos.
Download the file
- Open TikDownTok in Safari or your preferred browser.
- Paste your link and select Get download options.
- Tap a download button and confirm Download if prompted.
Find it
- In Safari, tap the downloads icon in the address bar to see recent downloads.
- Or open the Files app and look in the Downloads folder (On My iPhone or iCloud Drive, depending on your settings).
Save to Photos
- Open the video or image in Files.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Save Video or Save Image.
Good to know
Browsers and system versions behave differently, and menus can change over time. If a step looks different on your device, look for a Downloads or Files option in your browser menu.
